Returns & exchanges

We accept cancellations within: 1 hour of purchase.

We don't accept returns however do accept exchanges on some pieces within 14 days of delivery, please contact us to enquire as to whether a piece can be exchanged.

In order to accept an exchange, the piece must be returned unworn and in the condition it was received. Earrings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will try our best to rectify it. If the item received is faulty, we will offer a free repair. Frances Kirk reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that we do not deem faulty.

Commissions, bespoke work and personalised items are non-refundable. Once the deposit has been agreed and paid, the customer is liable for any costs incurred should they wish to cancel the order before completion. The deposit is non refundable, even if the order is cancelled before other work begins.

We will only use the shipping, billing address, and contact information provided:

  • To communicate with you about your order

  • To fulfill your order

  • For legal reasons (e.g. for tax reasons)

Your details will never be passed onto a third party unless necessary due to the above.

Processing time:

The time we need to prepare an order for varies. Generally items are made to order so allow at least 1-3 weeks. For specific details, see individual product pages or contact us at franceskirkjewellery@gmail.com

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These vary country to country. If you have any questions you are advised to contact your local customs prior to ordering.

By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease custom fees. Delays at customs are not the responsibility of Frances Kirk.

Frances Kirk cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing with Royal Mail standard shipping. If you would like your purchase insured, tracked postage should be purchased at checkout. This service is very reliable service, should anything go missing we will be able to either track down or be reimbursed for the value of this item. This may however take some time so in the rare event that an order is misplaced please do be patient. We will do everything in our power to locate or replace your item as quickly as possible.
